H9 vs H11 ... too bright?

Contemplating upgrading my H11 fogs to H9 for the extra 10 watts...anyone who has done this could you tell me if it is too bright? Do you get flashed my other drivers? Thank you!

the fogs are right on the ground, i'd be more worried about frying the wiring/relay. or melting the housing

I've had mine done for over a year, no melting or burning. Much nicer light output.

Nope.
I modified the bulb a bit instead of changing the connector on the car, wanted the car harness to stay stock. I got a post around here somewhere with pics if you search.
I also did the mod to be able to keep my fogs and hi beams on at the same time, I drive alot of dark roads.
