I want to replace my turn signal bulbs with LEDs?

I want to replace my turn signal bulbs with LEDs... but I don't want the ricer "hyper-flash" turn signals. Will the GD3 have this issue & is there a way to fix it?

hyper-flash = the turn signals flash 2x as fast... like if you have a burned out bulb.

Yes because there is no filament in the bulb and that creates resistants and slows down the electricity. In an LED there is on filament it's a Light Emitting Diode which let's the electricity travel faster speeding up the "click, click" you hear from the flasher relay in the dash.
China does sell a variable flasher relay for LED blinkers bulbs.

If you go on SuperbrightLEDs.com they sell the resistors you will need to wire into the blinkers in order to get them to flash at the proper rate, it is fairly easy to do as there are only two wires involved. However: using LED 194 replacements in the front marker or turn signal isn't recommended because the heat from the headlamps will cause even very high quality LEDs to fail relatively quickly. I tried it in my GD and they lasted about a month. Turns out the only thing LEDS don't like is high heat! Hope that helps....
