Test fitting the right light to see how well I cut on the first unit. Looks like I'm going to luck out and will have ZERO cutting of the housing!

The next step is to re-mount the reflector bowl into the housing to check the solenoid clearance. Then, once I've checked for that, I'll install the open housing on the car and set rotation and glue 'em up.

Looks like the solenoid will clear the housing. Next up is pulling the front bumper to mount these lights and set rotational alignment.

but is TRS a distributor (didn't see them on the site) or do you just get a deal because you happen to work there?

We're working on becoming a distributor. We just got a shipment in of OSRAM bulbs and I have first dibs on a pair.

Fit lights are back-shelved as I am working on a quad retrofit (FXR/MH1) for a customer's G35

Looks like I'll be doing Fusion fog lights in my factory fogs. 3000K bulbs here.

Can't wait to see the finished product. Looks great so far! Who said modifications have to go forward sometimes retro is a good thing!
