Putting LED's in Cargo Area

A while back, someone posted pictures of several round 1" LED's that they put in the cargo area. I have the lights, and while I have that area taken apart, I'd like to install them. Before I start cutting and wiring, I'm open to suggestions from others.

I replaced one bulb in the cargo area - not several. The one LED is sufficient for the cargo area. Just pry off the lens from the front side and replace.

I installed a 2nd LED light for the cargo area. Light is much more balanced. There was one person who add some small round lights in the plastic trim of the hatch door. I dont see the need in that.

I did replace the standard bulb with an LED, but I thought I'd add more while I have the interior panels removed. Maybe that will be a future job.

No need to start cutting anything. Do what I did, add an LED strip under the cargo cover and tapped it into the factory cargo light. I added a quick disconnect whenever I need to remove the cargo cover. This method is super bright and doesn't get in the way. No cutting of factory parts!

Looks good! I did something similar, but I mounted almost a meter-long (about 37 inches) of LEDs under a c-pillar bar I have. I also swapped out the trunk lens with this part: 34265- SFE-003 from a few other Honda/Acuras. See this thread for further information: Trunk light on/off switch.

Nice. I'll get around to posting pics of mine one of these days.
