Ordering this as soon as I get home from work. Yes its $800 but I am a sucker for high end quality lighting and a sharp bright wide cut off line. I am sure this product will not disappoint. Will likely install some new H8 (Cougar Motor) led foglight bulbs while I have the front bumper off to install this.

Will do. They are not expected to be in stock til the 20th this month per TRS. Now if Honda would have just dropped similar LED headlights , FIT sport body, any K24 or K20 variant, LSD, stick shift...I'd quickly and happily sign the check for up to 25-28K if it were waiting for me on the dealer lot.

The design of the Coplus sure looks and acts similar to the TRS. I don't think they are the same and can't fathom that TRS would sell the Coplus as a rebadged Morimoto product.

 

coplus confirmed that TRS is their US distributor. I love TRS, but u need to accept that Morimotos are rebadged China stuff.

youre kidding yourself if you think these aren’t made out of the same injection mold and electronics.

Look at the other headlights coplus makes... they’re the exact same ones that TRS sells. If anything, they are modifying them or getting them made for LHD. Coplus makes them for Ford F-150 and Mustang, those aren’t very popular in Taiwan!

 

This. You pay the premium for the TRS warranty. At least you are not paying for the shipping from Taiwan or wherever they are made now.

 

I can confirm, that Coplus stated, TRS is their US distributor. I emailed them, asking for a price quote and they referred me to TRS






interestingly enough, a few hours after Benny emailed me, someone from TRS reached out. I can provide screen shots of that, if anyone else needs more proof

Either way, I still have confidence in Morimoto products. I have already placed my order with TRS.

Good TRS video comparing stock F150 halogen , stock F150 LED , Morimoto LED. Needless to say the Morimoto is drastically better in all aspects.
