Hello

Recently got a GK and starting to mod it. One thing that bugs me is the not so bright tail lights. Having been rear ended by distracted drivers recently, I wanna get more light as possible and saw this on Amazon .
I found another forum post about it with some pictures, but doesn't describe where the wires were hidden at

Curious if anyone has installed these or not and if so, how did you wire them up and run the wires to keep them weather proof? There isn't much in the way of electrical protection I can see from opening the trunk.

I removed the metal receiver on the hatch door where the OEM "reflector" has a white plastic plug. I put the wiring through that hole, then covered over it with vinyl wrap.
