Gearing up for the build

Well after a few weeks of trying to decide what I wanted to do, I have decided to revamp the Fit's soundsystem. All the pieces should be here by mid next week and the actual build will start. Here is what the plan is:
  • Alpine 9887
  • Sirius
  • Bluetooth
  • Metra dash Kit
  • Tweet's Morel Mdt30
  • Mid's Seas prestige ER18RNX
  • Sub Soundsplinter RL-i 10" 4ohm DVC in a .69CF3 box.
  • Alpine PDX-4.150 Mids & Tweets
  • Alpine PDX-1.600 Sub
  • Alpine Imprint software.
I will be running this as a active system. The reasons for using the PDX amps instead of a more SQ driven amp is realy size footprint, the ability to stack them, their efficiency power wise. If space was not limited and the charging system had a greater output, I would be running a Audison 4 channel for the mids and tweets. This is a DD, so the amps will be placed on the hump under the back seat. and everything will try to be stealthy as possible. Will post pics when the build strats.
