Does anyone know how to replace the Hi-Fi from Fit?

There's a thread about it here:-

https://www.fitfreak.net/forums/fit-interior-modifications/2525-facia-panels.html

Getting the radio out isn't as difficult as it looks once you know how to do it, but if replacing the whole panel you will need to disconnect the heater controls as shown in the diagrams in this thread.

Some more information in this one:-

Hope this helps, Ian

Prices quoted include 95 pounds in the UK, the equivalent of AUS$300 in Japan, US$250 in the Phillipines.

You need brackets as well as the facia. The wiring loom has to be rewired for an aftermarket head unit (each manufacturer has their own pinout eg. Pioneer, Alpine, Kenwood, Sony, Clarion) and the antenna cable either needs an adapter or a new connector attached as is a proprietory plug from Honda.
