Angry 08' Fit Sport--No bass in rear speakers?!?

So I have had my fit for just over a year now and have never heard bass come from my rear speakers. Can someone with a 2008 Sport confirm that Honda has bass blockers on the rear speakers or that they notice considerably less bass in the rear door speakers. I have always suspected that less bass came from my rear speakers but not until lately have I explored it more. I scoured the forum here for this and no one has mentioned it which leads me to believe I have a bunk radio! I have never heard of a car coming off the production line like that. If I can get a couple of confirmations either this way or that I am going to digg deeper into this. Thanks everyone in advance.

yeah no worries, who cares we dont spend time back there anyways... for the most part..............................

joking aside if you need more bass just get a sub or from what i heard, insulating the doors with sound deadening can do wonders. either way our cars have pretty decent sound stock

The 06-09 Civics have a rear bass speaker kit. I wonder if that would work...

sound deadeners do the reverse of adding bass as they take up depth that produces more bass. More base can come from replacing the door speakers with ones built to deliver more and some minor studying of potential speaker range specs will help (decibel range) Sony explodes may do great for you.
