Any improvements from Pivot volt Stabilizer?

Any improvements from Pivot volt Stabilizer?
Hi There.....

just for the Next Step.. I would like to put this pivot/raizin to my car.
Usually, The Engine response seems down if the A/C Thermostat goes on..

Does pivot can handle this problem?

BTW, how's about the engine power improvements?

Did you ever put a raizin in?
I did, didn't notice any difference at all!!!
