I had this problem when I installed my front components. I have an 08 but it should be the same concept. I originally had 3/4 inch spacers that I made out of mdf. These were not enough and my speakers still hit the door. So I added an additional 1/2 inch piece and then planed it a couple of time until it fit. Another issue that I ran into was the wire coming out of the door got in the way of the window as well. I just moved it out of the way and all was good.

These are the components for a size reference if you are wondering

They sound very good. I haven't really heard many other set ups so I cant really give you a good idea on the sound. The highs are a tad bright but its something that I can live with. I am feeding them 75W rms a piece and they take it just fine. The PG RSD65cs are very well liked at their price point.

You'll certainly have to use spacers, especially with Infinitys. Infinity speakers are abnormally deep, so they can't always be used. The adapters that came with the speakers may not be big enough, I'd recommend at least 3/4 inch. If they don't fit, you can make some, or head to an electronics store and see if you can pick them up for 15 bucks or so.

Spacers were used when my installer did the components set up on my door.
Refer to my signature for some pictures of where the tweeters were mounted,
