weight of the stock shift knob

does anyone know the weight of the stock shift knob,
just wanted a comparison as i look for an aftermarket knob,
i was looking at those blox spherical knobs which are 142g

lighter than 142. when I had a skunk knob(400~grams) it was like a brick to the fit knob.

Yeah, my Blox 490 feels so heavy compared to the stock. I love the way it feels on the shifter---it facilitates/assists my shifting motion. Love love love it!

Go with the skunk2 knob. I just got one and I love it!! Shazaam is right, its like a brick compared to the stock knob.

yeah i was looking at the skunk2, i really like the look of it,
whats the difference between the skunk2 and the blox, they look exactly the same
but the blox is at least $10 cheaper?

well for starters it sounds like the Skunk is 400g were as the Blox is 146g

oh sorry, not the blox sphere, there is a blox knob that is identical to the skunk2 knob, same shape, weight, and numbering.

Ahh...got ya.

I for one, enjoy the weight and sphere of the Blox 490 and the cool colors choices.

might be a noob question but do they all have hte same generic thread pattern on the shift knobs for hondas?

10 x 1.5 is the thread pitch for Hondas.

Sorry...I meant 10...it's been a LONG DAY! Edited...

I should know since I have my Blox knob and have had numerous aftermarket knobs on my Hondas. Oh duh. Is it Friday yet?

Does Skunk 2 only make one color (gummetal) shift knob?
