i have the x910bt from pioneer. it works pretty well but i also used avic411.com to mod the hell out of it.

i hear their newer models are much quicker/nicer but not moddable.

check out avic411 to read more

boredom ftw

Amazon.com: Pioneer AVIC-X920BT 6.1-Inch In-Dash Double-Din Navigation A/V Receiver with DVD Playback, Built-In Bluetooth and Widescreen Display: Automotive

this is the link to the newest x920bt.

fully touchscreen, etc. i believe it works with iphone 3gs with a compatible cable, etc. again you can probably read more on avic411.com. i have no clue on kenwood, alpine, etc.

pm if you have any questions. beyond the normal complaint about boot up times, i actually like my unit. and the fact i can mod something ELSE is a plus as well

yeah iam in the same boat as you, i been trying to find a double din head unit for a while that has a GPS like the Garmin system, but they all have map style OEM type GPS software.. freaken sucks...

I love Clarion to death but if i had to choose a GPS double din system... i would probly go with a kenwood because i like its GPS interface more.

What i ended up doing is just get a portal GPS, because I like the way garmin's are setup (or maybe its because iam used to my sister's Garmin)

What size Fits the Fits????

I'd like to put Double Din navi radios in both my 08 and 09 Fits. The sizes I've seen advertised are 901B, 902B, 903B, and 904B. Does anyone know which of these can fit into my cars?

I think Most any single or Double-Din Head unit will work with the Fit. The only thing you have to worry about is Depth behind the faceplate. Check Crutchfield to see if the item you are looking at will fit but unless it is an oversized unit (bigger than a double-din), it'll fit. what manufacturers were you seeing 901b 902B, etc...?

These are double din radios sold on ebay out of China. They say they are standard size double din but list some strange model numbers. They're great prices... but, who knows... it may be more trouble than it's worth sending away for the radio from China. Particulary, if there's something wrong with the item.
