RCA or Line In?
RCA or Line In?
Moving my 12" kenwood sub, and a Kenwood 375watt amp, that I used for a week, onto my Fit that is comin in any day. I want to put a Line Leveler to use RCA jacks, but my amp also has Line In for the speaker wires.
How much bump would I sacrafice if I was to use the Line In option compaired to the RCA jacks itself. I don't want to pull out the stock deck. I want to keep it as stock (visible) as I can to keep these thieves off/out of my car.
I see some of these other types of level outs with filters. but for a single 12" sub, I high doubt I need any type of filter.
Any help would be great!

Just hook the speaker wires to the speaker wire line ins on the amp. Converting speakers wires to RCA aren't going to make any difference - they are still speaker wire (high level) source. RCA (low level) off any decent head unit are a different story but you want to keep the shocker stocker.
