Car audio wires / KnuKonceptz
First off, thanks to the FF folks who have posted threads filled w/ pictures, advice, etc., for helping me to get my Pioneer head unit installed (almost completely) today. You all have been helpful, and I will attempt to 'rep' all who have posted something useful.
I'm now preparing to move onto the speaker/sub/amp upgrade phase. I believe I know the speakers I want, have a good idea of what sub I want, but need to figure out what kind of wires, and where to get them. This is my first install, & I'd prefer (for simplicity's sake) a prepackaged amp wiring kit. I have a older 4-channel amp I'll probably use, but may upgrade (sooner or later) to a 5-channel. I'm probably only running front speakers off of the amp, and a 10" sub. Sound quality and maintaining the cargo capacity of the Fit are the priorities, so my amp/wiring set-up won't be drawing a ton of power.
Suggestions? I've heard many people refer to KnuKonceptz as a great value (Amp Installation Kits, HDMI Cables). Agree or disagree?
Is that website the suggested place to order?
Any other suggestions?
Thanks!

For speaker wire I will be running some phillips 16 guage I picked up cheep a while ago. Power wire, it looks like this is a good place to get some Audio Savings | Power/Ground Wire .
Wish I had known about that before I ended up with 20ft of 4 guage aluminum wire. Oh well, the aluminum will work for what I need anyway (did the math and it can run enough current just fine).
For RCA, I don't know yet, I bought a 12ft 4 channel cadence one for $10 off amazon. I will let you guys know how it is when I get it in. If it doesn't work I will probably order some coax and roll my own.
I am slightly past where you are in my first install and pushing on, my amp should show up today, I will see if I can get it in this weekend (time permitting).
Apso, for the speakers, watch out. I bought alpine type S comps based on the reviews and to me, they sounded terible, no mids and far too bright, but apparently, that is what a lot of people want (and if you want that have I got a deal for you).

KnuConceptz is good wire as long as you know and are OK with getting aluminum wire. There are no major qualms I have with aluminum, but everything I have seen and experienced says it is prudent to step up a size of what you would need if you are using aluminum wire. (e.g. Need 16AWG use 14AWG if wire is aluminum)
