Help Installing UBT101 Bluetooth Module

I've been mulling getting bluetooth for my GD3.. I ended up buying the UBT101 bluetooth module from craigslist (super cheap!) I've never done this type of modification before. I would like someone to just guide in the right direction....

I've found several instructions on removing the stock HU.
Do I need to buy a harness?

Has anyone installed bluetooth modules from this company before? Any guides out there?

Thanks.

I've installed a few bluetooth kits and removing the H/U may or not be necessary. I've never installed one of models that you are but I have installed a few of the motorola ones that can tie into the OEM speaker wires and using a male and female radio harness could make this easy.

If you can install a basic head and four you should do just fine.

If you've got an OEM radio I would get a male and female radio harness and just tie the BT module into that wiring. That way if you ever get rid of the car you can return the wiring back to OEM. Besides this will let you have the correct colors instead of relying on translating the OEM colors.

well it came but the plug doesn't fit into the control pod.. I'm thinking about just splicing the harness and connecting it to the control pod wires in order to maintain "plug-n-play"..
