Thumbs down Second Scosche kit still rattles

I got Scosche with Kenwood DNX5120, and the kit is rattling pretty bad after about a year of install.

I figured that I messed up the install and bought a new Scosche kit with new clips. This one was also quiet for about a year then started rattling again.

Last weekend, I pulled out the HU, opened up the clips to make them tight, then put it back it; it's still rattling

Is anyone else dealing with a rattling HU? Is Metra kit any better? Is there a way to make this quieter somehow? Washers? Glue?

Any comments would be appreciated...

Just to clarify: the rattle is from the Scosche kit vibrating against the rest of the car dash. If I press on the top center of the kit, the vibration is stopped and the rattle goes away.

I would do what most OEM's do, grab some felt and sandwich the edges in a few places.
