Can I move the oem front speakers to the rear? After upgrading the fronts

I want to upgrade the front speakers. Since they're better than the rear, can I move these to the rear? Would it fit?

In my 2012 they are the same Front and Back. Yours should be as well. Unless they are blown in the back I see no reason to switch them out.

Yup just like Dwalbert320, all your speakers are the same so feel free to move them however you want.

Yep, I have 07 Sport and same rubbish front and back. I swapped in some simple Polk 6.5" coaxials front & back, and oh what a difference!

in terms of doorpanels, do any of the clips break off when you take the doorpanels off to change the speakers?

I did mine last week (2013 Fit Sport MT) and the door panels were an absolute bastard to remove. I followed the instructions to the letter, but you really need to pull hard on the panel to get the clips to let go. I applied A LOT of force, and when they did finally let go I ended up flat on my back ... I'm not exaggerating. However, to answer your question, none of the clips broke, although a couple were left in the door rather than in the door panel -- these were easily removed from the door using vice grips and they were then re-inserted into the door panel.

I'll be honest with you; I thought it was going to be an easy job but I really had to apply a lot of force to the door panel and I thought I was going to break something. It was unbelievable really.
