Ok guys now that they have officially dropped the news and announced their teaming up with skunk2 to kreate Kraftwerks, a new company which will be selling the rotrex kits developed by Oscar Jackson. I got to check out the prototype for the S2K kit, and let me tell you WOW!!! Oscar Sr really went all out on it.... Now for the GOOD news..

They are going to be updating the Fit kit to add more HP, to be more efficient, and to look nicer! There will also be some nice options that will be offered to add to the kit. Looking at the S2k kit and the improvements they have made im VERY excited to see the new power the Fit kit makes.

I talked to Oscar Jr for a long time and he was saying they are sorry for taking so long, but he is making the kit to have more power, he also told me they are TRYING all they can to make the kit a little cheaper (price wise, not quality). I think you will ALL like the new kit. I know I cant wait to get my car back with the updated kit.

Now I hope you guys can just have a little patience cause they are working hard to make the kit better and a little cheaper since you all have been waiting so long.

isnt there already a shop in germany that makes parts for vw's called kraftwerks? and a kick ass electro band called "kraftwerk"
(btw, kraftwerk is german for "powerstation or powerhouse" so its a fitting name for a supercharger company)

The SCs have nothing to do with skunk2. Its a completely different company. The Jacksons are still pretty much doing everything, I think Skunk2 wants to start getting into the FI game. Everything is designed by Oscar Jackson still.

their partnership with their other partner went sour, so thats when skunk stepped in. but didnt want to use the JR name so instead formed KW. What skunks part in the deal is mainly going to be distribution.

yeah I'm curious what kind of modifications they're doing. Maybe a new tune? Higher boost? If they do go with higher boost, will the low pressure kit still be CARB?

I hate it when an announcement just yields more questions. Can't wait to hear more info!

5psi kit will still be street legal. The cheaper price isnt guaranteed, but Oscar said they are trying their best to do it as a little apology to the fit community. If you guys have any questions i will still by happy to try my best to answer them with the knowledge/information i have and continue to receive from the Jacksons. Like i said im very excited about this kit!!

 

besides the replumbing of the prior kit, whats the news to moddifying the tranny for the auto. or by the release of these news basically stating that they are done with autos.
