i havent really paid attention to there numbers. i just figured if it was built for time attack that they would have their shit (pardon the language) down.

how much more does a k20 weigh than an l15?

Not impressive to me. Almost all the Mazdaspeed series cars are dogs.

You all have to remember cars now a days are so advanced most of them run low 14's stock. Back when I raced 13's was the shit.
Now cars are running it off the dealer lots.

So to me, mid 13's is good, mid 12's is great, and 11's is where you want to be.
I go by MPH mostly though. Its all that really matters. Anyone can run 11's with traction. But can you back it up on the street?
yeah i see your point. there are plenty of cars that excel in the quarter mile and 0-60, but real world are not as quick as you would think.

i know 13's is the shit, but to a guy like me, running 15's would be awesome.

I"m trying to remember what a lot of cars in the mazdaspeed3's class run. I don't think ANY of them break 14's.

Sure cars are more advanced nowasdays, and there quite a few that run 14's...but then again, how much do they COST?
