wow, that looks like a high-quality piece! the ribboning (sp?) looks almost machine like.

Its welded in 4 spots per pipe? What are they saving weight?

Welds look similar but I still dont understand why the beads arent all the way around?

it's not needed because it's welded all the way around in the inside.

you could just weld it all the way around if you like if you really want to.

everything i just posted is complete b/s

who the hell knows why it's not all the way around!

that may not be BS....here we weld our headers on the inside and use 2 stich welds on th outside.

I just installed the mugen/jasma header on another FF'ers car last weekend.........all i can say is wow! what quality

odd thing though, don't remember where the welds were
