I had the pleasure of going to a Track Rental Day, that one of my friends set up.

I have a couple of pictures, I will ask my friend if he took more for me. It sucks because the couple that I have was when I missed 3rd gear. I think I could actually beat the guy I was racing.

On to the pictures.

 

You said your car ran a 15.7.... Looks a lot slower now.
And that Skyline was pretty damn slow too.

I almost trapped the same MPH with my Fit as the Skyline.

 

what does it mean to skip a gear? like you physically pulled the shifter like a "U"? car noob here [and a AT driver ]

 

no it means he shifted wrong causing him to not go into 3rd correctly which inturn would slow him down

 

oh like not pushing the clutch all the way or not at all? ok gotcha thanks, +rep for helpin a noob ;]

 

what track did you go to?

 

im guessing that is not a GT-R. Just a regular skyline GT-S or whatever the non GT-Rs are called. That time looks disgustingly slow. I can beat it with my Ninja250.

 

i believe he missed 3rd in that picture. he did 15.7 on his best run from what i understand...

 

oh no I wasn't knocking on the FIT's time. I was saying the Skyline is slow thats all. I dont expect FITs to have crazy fast 1/4 times. Afterall its a 1.5L SOHC non turbo. But its still a fun little car to drive and handles well for an econobox

 

The times in the pic is what Fits run.... Im still ehh on the 15sec pass.

 

The 15 sec pass I had no interior in the car, no front or rear seats. I left from work and went to the track to only watch but my friend asked if I wanted to get a couple of runs in.

I wasnt worried with the interior, because it was cold as hell outside. It acutally flurried at the track a couple of times throughout the day.

 

LMAO! those pictures remind me of me when i was mesing with the new R35 and the didnt want to do anything i was revving and gunning it on second and he didnt do anything =P i then punched it and hazard him =P
