I agree with you and hope you just end up getting a brand new Fit as well. i wouldn' feel secure either knowing my car was a big fix.

They weren't clear tails. The red was probably crushed out on impact.

I'm about 95% sure it's totaled, and if I were you, I wouldn't get a GE again haha.

Depending on how much money you get, I suggest you upgrade from the L15, and I don't mean that by engine swap.

Hey man I havent seen fit freaks around in a while and i have not been on the boards much but I just read your post on the alive forum and I'm sorry for your loss but i am glad to hear you're still up and running. Hopefully you can or already have collected some money for your back pain. I had a back injury from something unrelated that i ignored, and for which I will most likely feel for the rest of my life (chronic back pain).
If you're still hurting, even if it feels like its getting slightly better, get it checked and corrected.

Hope you get a new car soon!

I know how you feel. I was in a similar accident last year. Reading down the details it's eerie we had almost a 100% identical experience.

Glad to know you walked out of it relatively unscathed
