Blackup, yea, that looks cool especially with the tinted windows!

Garythenuke, glad to hear you don't regret getting the Orangeburst. Kind of grows on ya doesn't it! Very complex color.

This is this most awesome thread on the forum lol!

Nice shot! Sun is not always your best friend, great details here.

I was down the coast yesterday in my OBM Fit and was in a small little town getting out of my car when a couple who were walking past said they really loved the color of my car.

Guess that just goes to show that the color really stands out in a crowd.

The Orange Burst Metallic Rocks!

I got my Orangeburst Fit on Monday. I wanted the orange the first time I saw it. My previous car was a purple Toyota Celica so my family and friends weren't shocked when I said that I wanted the orange. I started searching for a new car when my Celica's struts went, it was a '97 and it was just time. So I started researching a few weeks ago. There were plenty new orange Fits out there when I first started searching and only 2 (2012s) were left in the entire state of MA this past weekend (that I could find). I snagged one of them!!! I was actually really surprised because I remembered the orange as being more yellowish (which I now know is the orange revolution) as I was looking at used Fits first. So when I saw the Orangeburst I was SOOOO happy with that color. Such an improvement! Like someone mentioned before, I call it "The Pumpkin" or "The Spitfire". The style and color totally "Fit" who I am...everyone says that is definitely suited for me.

I'm thinking about getting the side moldings to stop dings from opening doors as I live in a condo complex but I'm not sure yet.

Unfortunately it was cloudy when I took these pictures.

Does anyone have any production numbers with regards as to exactly how many OBM Fits were built?

Another orangeburst owner

I bought a used 2012 orangeburst Fit Sport last May. I very rarely saw this color but liked it when I did. Maybe that's part of the reason why I like it, it is not the same as 90% of the cars out there...white/silver/black/gray. I always had silver cars as they don't show dirt and I rarely washed them. I wanted an actual COLOR this time. I saw orangeburst or a close match on other cars like the Element and some GM's.

In the summer of 2013 I saw a used orangeburst Fit for sale but it was a stick and I wanted an automatic this time. I saw the car I bought and took it for a ride. The color and excellent price sealed the deal for me. I watched this car on the net at this dealer for a long time and think that was why I got a good price. The dealer had a black one with lower miles that sold very quickly. I have only seen maybe 5 orangeburst Fits in a year, so they are quite rare and I'm sure why Honda dropped this color. I'm not crazy about the colors on the 2015 Fit.
