Anyone have any idea where I can get a replacement, or paint? I'm so sad!

This happened on my Element too with a hanging tree that was hanging from my vent and sitting on the plastic. I just chalked it up to a loss.
I'd probably just buy a new panel and replace the whole thing rather than trying to repaint it or whatever.

Personally I would pull, get the guts of the radio/controls out, sand it with a very fine grit sandpaper and repaint it.
I believe the color you are looking for is Honda's dark gun metallic?
Problem is that trim panel doesn't appear to be a simple panel, it is actually the entire stereo...
Cheapest one I could find on eGay is:

Air fresheners are just for covering up the smell for people whose cars smell like ass. Whatever smells like ... that .. in your car, take it out. No more need for "air freshener." Cars don't smell bad unless you've put something in it that does.

That kinda sucks. Now we know why air fresheners have that note of caution not to put it close to trims, fabric, etc.
If you're feeling creative, I suggest paint it to your desired color.
If not, suck it up and buy a new trim I guess?
But if you decide to paint it, let us know how it turns out. GL!
