Thanks! As far as percentage, I don't know. I just told the shop "medium" tint.

I am totally ignorant to window tinting, so take my question without flaming me......

When you tint, is it darker inside the vehicle too? Is it hard to see out of the side windows, or only to look INSIDE from out?

yes, it is darker on the inside, and because it is a film on the windows, everything will be dimmer to you. it's not difficult to see outside during the day, but depending on ur tint, let's say you have a 15% (which lets only 15% of the light through), it will be very dark at night, which makes backing up, etc, a little harder.

but during the day u should have no problems, because of the way our eyes adjust to light, people outside will not be able to see inside as easily because their eyes are compensating to the bright sunlight, but you inside will be able to see clearly, even out of 15%, though of course it will be a lot dimmer.

That's gorgeous. I think I'm going to do that, but I suck at backing up terribly...So I don't guess I'll be going to dark. Just adding it for looks!

Thank you! Not only will your Fit look but it will feel . If definitely reduces the amount of heat that comes in from the sun.

Here's mine with platinum v-kool tint, installed by dealer...

However, I prefer your kind of tint on a black car....looks so much meaner..
