if you trim the inner fender for 4 inches or so,it wouldnt rub. i suspect if the car was lower the rear would never rub, due to more camber.
at any rate the T1R springs are great! its making us not even want to install our coilovers now!

I should have taken some pics myself but i had to guard the car against theives. it was crazy....some kid came up and stole the resv covers and i had to chase him down, grab him by the neck and almost commence to giving him a whoopin. then other ppl thought it was a auto show, or maybe they wanted to sit in the mugen buckets but i wasnt happy about all that either. My camera just stayed zipped up in my bag

it cost my wife more to make these custom ones then to just order some from Ben @ AJR. only reason we made some was bc of a time factor.
we used the lower mounting portions from the passenger side. just to buy two sets of those at dealer cost cost us somewhere around $360. the mugen dc5 side brackets were over $300. and the typeR dc5 sliders were $250
so in short, do it the right way....call Ben.
I saw this car at Sugar Land today.. had to stop and take a closer look. First one i seen around town that's modded. Sweet ride
I almost bought a white one with auto today but after testing driving both, I told my dealer I'll wait for the M/T. The 5 speed auto with paddle shift just doesnt impress me whatsoever.

She's ordering a Mugen Pro-kit. when that is painted and installed, im sure she wont want to run a front plate. For now though, its much easier to just obey the law and use a front plate.not to mention the dealer drilled a hole in the stock bumper
. but thats why i put on the jspek front plate for the show.
