Thinking about getting Rota RB 16 x 7 40mm

Do you guys know what bore size is our hub? They offer 56.1mm and 67.1mm for 40mm offset

Rota RB 16 x 7 from RotaStore.com. Rota Wheels for high performance street driving and the race track.

I don't have any information for you, but I have a set of very similar Panasport wheels. They're 16x7 +38 offset in sort of a smokey silver color with a polished lip. I had them on my '90 Miata and I've test fit them on my '09 Fit Sport.

In case you're wondering, they look fantastic on the car, but the fronts stick out a bit too far. I got some camber bolts and will give that a try. If they fit ok I'm getting new tires for them . They are great looking wheels.

Mine are of course 4 bolt...

Yes 56.1mm is correct for the bore size.

man, I was thinking about doing these wheels. I wanted to go 15" so I could run a offset in the 30's. Definitely do solid black or solid silver.

the benefit of going with wheel with larger hub bore, you can use hub centering rings, and if you want or need to sell the wheels later on..you would have more options.......

just a thought...

Now I'm just wondering how this would look on the car with stock ride height. I wish I could afford real Panasports or Watanabes but they are too expensive. Also Panasports doesn't come in flat black.

So do you think the 40mm will stick out even more or less?

I belive the 40mm offset will be a very slightly better fit... it's only a 2mm difference. Mine fit close enough that I think I can make them work without any crazy amount of camber in front, so I would think you could make those Rota wheels work without any big effort.

I'm pretty much just a lurker here, but it seems to me I've seen plenty of posts where people have put wheels on that were a worse offset and made it work.

I put them on my black Sport after I lowered it just a bit on Eibach Pro springs, and it looked wicked. I WILL get them on the car, one way or another when i get the cash for a new set of tires.

+1^^^ From another Miata/Panasport guy who would like to see the Panasports on a GE Fit. I have an 09 Sport and this is also my ultimate wheel combo.
