Sorry to here about the loss, but congrats on your new 'lil fit!
I've noticed (maybe just more so as this is my first new car), that allot of the SUV's in MY area are REALLY aggresive on the road. To many times has it come to close. Is there a mental hatchback v.s. SUV war that I'm unaware of?

Take care, and watch out for those crazy people, I nearly got clipped by some mercury thing yesterday morning. Some driver just taking lane changes way too tightly. I ended up following them on my route and was amazed that there was no accidents with the way they drove.

Congrats on the Fit!

So glad it ended well for you. We have a serious problem with bully boys in SUVs and pickup trucks, cutting in and out on I-95. Fits are in short supply here; I see very few of them. I would hate to lose my Fit in any case, but especially because replacing it would be very difficult. A few of my friends wanted Fits, but gave up and bought something else. It's wonderful that you were able to find a replacement for your poor smashed Fit so quickly.

yeah i already asked....he said i could but he would have to deduct from the payout.....and since i need as much as possible back to cover the loan i kinda dont wanna lower my payout to my bank.

GAP already told me they wouldnt cover any "missing" parts or deductions that insurance listed. sorry. would if i could but given money is kinda tight i dont wanna pay anything for the old loan.
