I like the HID fogs and LED DRL, but you would think Honda would have equipped this concept with HID headlights as well.

Also, I think the Navi looks like a hack job. It appears to be a Garmin unit actually!

 

On the subject of HID... I always wonder how the JDM HID works. Do they wire the HID so it's always on? Or else how do you flash someone with highbeam (since there's like a 1-sec delay for the light to be on)?

Yep , along with '04-'05 AP2 (S2000) stock wheels painted gunmetal . It looks cool , but I'm kinda disappointed with how they just lifted parts from other Hondas (seats , wheels etc.) . A+ for concept , C- for execution . The S2K wheels are giving me an idea for the GF's Fit though ....

 

I'm going to a focus group tonight about Honda GPS, probaly similar to the one in the Fit. Hopefully the Extreme concept will be there.

 

I wonder what the timeline on something like this might be...

I have seen nothing from Honda Corporate at Sema that has made it to production in the last 5 years other than the predictable/boring Honda factory packages. They typically do not use Sema as a place for anything "new".

 

man...there is alot for me to say about this fit...first it loooks very nice (being modified from the base model), the color of the car isnt too flashy but it is still VERY noticable, you will def turn heads, and i wonder if the Honda Fit will me modified this much coming from the dealership...i mean they hav already done this with Mugen&Civic maybe this will be the same...but like a couple of other comments on here...i wonder "WHAT IS THE HP/TQ?!" this is waht i want too know...everything on this car is nicely executed....the only thing i didnt like on this ride was that it was an automatic

 

I want that carbon fiber dash and steering wheel kit!
