i had T1r's. I think it's closer to a track set up which may work for your style. I have a pregnant wife and it was just a little to bumpy for her. jdmchris has megans and he told me it's firmer but I haven't ridden in one.

some ebay Nex not sure of quality. D2 same thing. Ksport just came out.Oh Buddy Club just came out too!

of course you got the really expensive spoon and mugen (non height adjustable).

soon to come out is Tein, Cusco, Progress and I'm sure more as the car is catching everyone's eyes.

oh i haven't seen any shocks/struts yet. you can tell I'm a heavy internet searcher. lol

If I may be so bold, call Ground Control to find out what they've got. They're very knowledgeable about what works and what doesn't. The FIT may not be listed on their site but I bet they have some ready to go. I used their adjustable spring perches and springs on my 99 Integra. We talk about 15 minutes about how I was going to use the car and what other equipment I had. They finally recommended spring rates for the front and back that were great for daily driving and auto-x. On the car, they were great. It was stiff without being jarring. And they worked great with street tires (where you want some suspension movement to achieve some camber). They stock various height springs in 25 or 50 lbs increments meaning you don't have to guess. Extra springs are cheap. You can also get a couple of sets of springs to try out.

Their website sucks but their phone support is great. Don't buy without at least talking to them.

Agreed. GC is the most knowledgeable suspension vendor I have ever known. I have used them exclusively for several years. Jay Morris up there is a super guy and gets you exactly what you need.

I'm also in the hunt for a good set of aftermarket shocks as well. I plan on running in H Stock this season. I've already got my K&N panel filter...that should add at least 20 whp.
