Memorial Weekend And Skunk2 Springs
Memorial Weekend And Skunk2 Springs
First off let me say that I've been reading posts on the site since I got my Fit in January. Good stuff, all very informative.
Skunk2 Lowering Springs $146 on EBAY Free Shipping
Spring compressors from Harbor Freight $10
A pair of jack stands also from Harbor Freight $10
1 six pack of Bud $7
2 hours of my time PRICELESS but what the hell
2 different spring DIYS from FitFreak.net FREE
= ONE HAPPY FIT!!!!!!
I can now easily double any on-off ramp speed. Before there was some roll now the car just floats through no sloppy roll, just happy tire screeching. Keep up the good DIY's...and guys don't be afraid to do your own springs it's cake. I even popped out the left front axle but got it back in after a couple F U's and a cigarette.

The drop is really nice, I haven't bottomed out anywhere. I cut the bump stops so that should have given me an extra inch of travel no?
