Buying Springs on Ebay??
I have not bought springs, but did buy a Megan Axle-back exhaust on eBay. The exhaust has the standard warranty from Megan, because the seller is a Megan dealer. As long as your eBay purchase is a new (not used) item being sold by a dealer for the item you are buying, warranty is no problem. I just bought a pneumatic nail gun that is new, but because it was acquired by the seller through some other source than the maker of the tool, it does no have a warranty, but the lack of warranty was explained in the eBay ad by the seller. The seller also guarantees to replace this tool if the one that is shipped to me is in any way defective. This is a "warranty" in itself.
eBay can be hit and miss, but its a great place to search for things then buy them somewhere else if the seller seems shady. I got my window visors on there and the seller didn't give me exactly what I ordered but I was happy in the end. A strut bar I ordered was crap and never used, it was damaged and the seller wouldn't make good on it. I found the dealer I got my Progress sway bar, the seller was selling on eBay and I bought from his normal website. That seller was great, nerverenoughauto.com
It all depends on the seller your buying from, read their feedbacks or look for it on a legitimate site. Some of the items are direct knock offs/ cheap imitations imported or direct from China and you won't find them anywhere else.
