ksport coilovers (has anyone tried them?)

has anyone tried ksport coilovers? i want to dd my car without having to worry about feeling every bump in the road and very comfortable too. i don't want a shock and spring combo cause i want to adjust my height too.

would you guys recommend some nice coilovers that aren't to rough for dd?

I have D2's on my car for DD and they ride good. Your not gonna get a stock ride w/ any coilover, but the D2's are nice. Not too rough, but really stiff when it comes to cornering.

i know i won't get stock fell but i don't want to feel every bump in the road. i have coilovers in my other car and you can hear and feel every bump.

should i just look for coilovers with a low spring rate?

I should have a set of these for my xb in tonight, I will post about them for the scion. Everyone I have talked to love them. They have 36 way adjustable dampening, but I have also heard they are stiff.

I will try to get them on a.s.a.p. and let you know.

I finally got the coilovers installed, I have them set on the stiffest setting, and they are definitely very stiff. I will mess with the dampening and let everyone know again.

As far as lowering goes, for the xB at least, these things are crazy.

The back can go down about .75" more, and the front can go around 3" lower. keep in mind, the lip is 2.5" off of the ground in those pictures. I actually had to lift it back up, as the tires pushed on the fenders when i turn. It will have to do until I can pull the fenders, and space the bumper out.

I will get back to you all as soon as I can test some more out. But for now, the xB is way more level, and the crastmanship seems very good.

Hopefully this helps!

Dustin

I've owned a set not on my fit but they were good for the price and not much stiffer than stock on softest settings but would be a little bouncy at softest

I currently have them on my FIT...They are great for the PRICE..

I owned TEIN BASIC on my CIVIC SI 2007, OMNI COILOVERS on my EG HATCH and TEIN SS on my EPHATCH... TEIN SS on my 2000 CIVIC SI...

They all rode the same.....The only upside has been the kits that had dampening.
