Sam, buy new springs. The whole set, done deal.
Mixing springs with different manufactures can mess up the ride and handling characteristics due to different spring rates.

i had DF210's before and the car sat pretty much flat with no
rake. imho, it looked pretty damn good. it was not a reverse rake,
although some people confuse that because they're going by wheel
well gap (finger gap) which is not an accurate way to measure
a car's ride height/weight distribution. at this point, they're going
just for appearance.

given that the front is already lower than stock by a good -1.5" or more
i would not lower the front further because of the stock dampers. the
dampers hit the shortened bumpstops pretty quickly on uneven surfaces.
i would instead raise the rear to achieve better damp stroke weight
distribution.. and possibly better alignment setting closer to stock
(given that his car did not come with weird toe angles from the factory
as we have seen on others).

the spacer idea is not anything new. the bulge on the upper spring
mount core is at least an inch long...which means your top mount can
still be properly aligned even with a 1/4" spacer. the dynamat idea was
just an idea as it's a dense material and thin enough to fine adjust the
height. might as well get the absolute height you want, right?

but that's just me.

wow,off to the ignore list you go
yah, doing just lowering spring to lower a car is ghetto imho. that's
the relevance. and going even lower in the front is not the way you
want to go especially with just springs.

if you're planning to buy a whole new setup, why is your thread title
"Is it possible to just buy the front lowering springs?"

i was giving you tips that can achieve the rake you wanted while
improving the ride of your car without costing much money. it's up
to you to use dynamat or any dense material you can cut to the
correct size. dynamat was only an example. stacking thin sheets
give you the thickness control you want. think of it like plywood.
it's dense and glued together into one piece. it's probably as dense
as it would get unless you go to a non-flexible material... which might
be harder to shape.
putting me in your ignore list is your loss. you need to be able
to take a joke or two and some teasing some times. you are the one
asking questions. at car forums, we are allowed to tease
while providing valuable info. hahahaha. see, that's a joke.
