Warranty issues......
Just a Fit no0B question.......

Will upgrading to a coilover setup (or just swapping the springs/shocks to a "sport" setup) void the warranty on the car?

There's a thread somewhere here about warranty issues.

but in short no it will not void warranty UNLESS it is determined that the springs or coilovers caused the problem.

you will not be able to complain of any road noise, alignment or any other issue that could arise from the suspension. i know this for a fact.
