I have this same exact noise which just I just heard a few days ago. Didn't really do anything to the car. Can anyone help me locate the bolt on the bottom sway bar?

If you remove your front wheel. You will see the front sway bar attached to an endlink that links the front sway bar to your strut. The bottom bolt they are referring to is the bolt on the front strut bar.
