Question GD: Ultra Racing rear sway bar

Hi guys, I'm thinking of purchasing a rear sway bar from Ultra Racing for my 2007 GD. (Honda Fit , Jazz (2004) Rear Anti-roll Bar / Rear Sway Bar / Rear Stabilizer Bar UR-AR16-139)

There are 2 options available: 16mm or 19mm. I'm not planning to track my car, I just want better handling for my daily driver.

Which option do you guys think would be a better choice? 16mm or 19mm?

Any feedback would be appreciated .

because i live in thailand, and ultra racing have a local dealer here whereas i'm pretty sure i would need to order the progress bar from the US. I've heard the Ultra Racing one is pretty good though - has anyone installed it on their GD?

Redrumm has a progress rear sway bar, but I have an Ultra Racing rear sway bar for my GE and it works fine for me.
