Exclamation quick questions...

I am about to get some progress or skunk2 springs (what set do you guys prefer?) and I am wanting to know if I do not cut the bump stop, will it lengthen the life of my struts? Will it not lower my car as much, and if so, how much will it prevent it from lowering?

if you don't cut the bump stops, you just risk bottoming out the suspension more easily when you hit a bump or go into a dip now that the car is going to sit lower. it will not affect the ride height, unless you're talking about how low your car can squat when hitting a dip. when the car sits at its new height, it will not be resting on the bump stops.

i don't know if it would help preserve the life of your shocks, but perhaps, since it would prevent the shocks from compressing to a length they wouldn't reach if everything was kept stock?

i recommend you cut the bumpstops (20mm) if you're going to lower
your ride (front and back).

man, are you typing off a iphone or something?

no, cutting bumpstops will NOT lower your car more, but it will provide
the extra 20mm of suspension travel.
