cutting the rear bump stop??

cutting the rear bump stop??

ok so do you need to cut the rear bump stop like say for a skunk2 spring install. becouse i dident think you had to becouse the spring and strut were not connected what have you guys done has any one cut the bump stop?

I didnt bother with my rear on my tanabe gf's and I've never hit the bumpstop. Oh and I live on a dirt road that give the suspension quite the workout.

on the DF210's i highly recommend you cut the rear bumpstops too.

in general, i recommend you cut 20mm off the bumpstops on lowering springs.
some cars specifically say not to cut, so watch out for those. it's ok on Fit's.

i didnt cut my bumpstops when i put my skunk springs on. it not a big deal unless you go over some massive speed bumps at 30mph.
