GE Rear bump stops

Hey guys and gals , I have a GE on dropzones springs
The ride is great ! I like the drop, but I didn't cut the rear bump stops for the sake of time ! My question is , if I did cut them would it lower the rear a little more or would it just give me a better ride ? Thanks

It won't lower your car any unless it's sitting on the bumpstops rested, which I'm sure it isn't, or at least I hope not haha

It will improve your ride if you are bottoming out on them a lot. How much drop do the springs give?

The front 2 the rear 1.8. But I've only gotten about 1.2 for the rear that's what's thought was maybe the bump stops are causing it to not settle correctly ?

Also the right side is about a 1/4 inch taller than the left should I just put something heavy in the boot to help it settle ?

1.8" isn't enough to be sitting on the bumpstops, so that's not the problem. There isn't a whole lot of weight on the back of the Fit so the springs may just need a little time to settle. Also check to make sure the springs are sitting in the perches correctly.

Personally, I'd just leave it alone. Even after it settles, the driver side will still be lower (cause... there's a driver). That is, unless you plan on carrying around extra weight for the life of the spring (which would be... pointless).

After about 50k miles or so, pull the springs and swap left <-> right sides.
