Im in the market for a set of springs and I would like to know what you guys think a good drop would be. Im running 17x7 wheels with a high positive offset, the rubber is Nexon N3000 205/40/17.

I'm not sure how big of a drop I'm going to need. Any suggestions?

roll your fenders and buy skunk pro c coilovers so you can adjust how low you want to go.

i agree with kyler, however if coilovers arent in your plans or whatever and springs are it.

the lowest drop would be the Tanabe DF210 although i heard the ride is still a little to soft but maybe you like that.

you would be good with a 40+ offset but still tanabe and tein springs are too soft which means your shit would sag after awhile

coilovers arent in the plan right now. I'm looking into the skunk 2 springs but I just want to be sure that the drop wont be too dramatic. Im just nervous about rubbing thats all.

you might have to roll your fenders but im not sure. i have the skunk springs and i like them alot. nice ride but the rear of the car sticks up a little more.

ehh, thats not too big of a problem. I can get my tire shop to roll them when they put the springs on since im not very handy. Plus I like the rear height to be a bit larger anyway

thanks for the help guys. i hope i dont have to roll the fenders though. i really dont want to have to pay to have it done and i dont want to risk cracking the paint by doing it myself

IMO cutting springs is some sketchy business cause your altering the geometry of each spring individually cause you cant cut the exact same amount off each spring. people do it and it works for them but i have had some bad experiences thats why i steer clear of it.
