eBay Motors: HONDA FIT 07-08 SPRINGS SHOCKS COILOVER SUSPENSION KIT (item 380080064970 end time Nov-15-08 23:52:22 PST)

Anyone ever heard of them? The spring rates are a little high for dd but hell, for 600 bux its not a bad price.

Anyone have any info on them?

I completely agree with you.

Also take in mind and ask yourself if you really need coilovers or not.

True. I think coilovers are a bit overboard for daily driving. Lowering springs will do just fine.

Its got front camber adjustment. Thats more than some bigger companies for the Fit. The rear springs look like the OEM size.
I have a feeling the rear would sit 1in lower than stock.

Has anyone tried CornerEight (C8) coilovers?

What do you guys think about this one? Based on the spring rates, I think it's stiff and I like that. Please help me pick.

I never heard of CornerEight coilovers. Where are they made from?

IMO for the same price you can get skunk2 pro-c's which has been proven to be a quality coilover by many members on fitfreak. I don't think I've heard any Fit owners try these CornerEight yet.

Well if you do decide to get CornerEight coilovers plz give us a review.

i didn't realize this was a 'fake' suspension system?

and if it is, what suspension system is it trying to copy?

i personally wouldn't buy it, because i parts that have a good balance between price and quality, but i don't see how buying this WOULDN't support the aftermarket 'industry'.

If I am not mistaken, JDMxGE8 meant support the companies that has a reputation that put R&D into their products instead of copy cat companies that copy it and sell it under their name. One of the reasons why Greddy USA has gone out of business.

c'mon dude, you know what JDMxGE8 meant by "fake." based on your other posts you seem like an intelligent person, but why so dense?

i'll argue that buying from companies like this would only support the wrong side of the aftermarket industry; you said it in your own post, "...parts that have a good balance between price and quality...". how much R&D do you think was put into a $600 coilover?

arent the springs gonna blow your struts/shocks? how long can the oem shocks last with the lowering springs for a runner like me?

they will just get weaker and weaker making your car bouncy. coilovers would be better if it was daily
