the biggest problem is that most these bars are designed for a japanese fit which has a different subframe dimension if im not mistaked, a few cm smaller, which would force you to add a custom bracket to support it.

Ground bashing depends on how low you are to start with but from the looks of it you would lose 3/4"-1" of ground clearance.
