Curious if a GE8 with Swift springs and stock tires would be capable of still towing a small single motorcycle trailer. Will the drop be too dramatic to consider the bit of tongue weight on the hitch?

Anyone do this? Opinions? Experiences?

Pulling a trailer will be an occasional thing and won't be for extremely long distances.

 

I have swifts and I think you will be fine with a small trailer and bike.I dont do any towing but I've had my car loaded with 4 adults and a full hatch area with no problem bottoming out.

The swift drop is so mild and the slight increase in spring rate should help with the weight of the trailer.

Just a sportbike (400lbs +/-) here and there. May haul some material every once in a while. Going to find a fairly small trailer here eventually for random use.
