I was reading sport compact car this morning and happened to notice in their test of several of TEIN's cars they mention a JDM Fit. So... I wonder if their coilovers are available for the fit already and if so if anyone knows where to get them, they are not listed on the USA site. I am looking at purchasing a fit this month and would love to get some coils on it for autox.

 

Nah, I called Tein USA and spoke with a rep. he siad they are still "in testing" they are checking to see wether the fit our usdm models... So i guess we wait for now...

 

Front shocks don't fit.

 

Yup, here's the reply I got from them today about coilovers:

To whom it may concern,

That kit is currently in development and unfortunately has no confirmed
release date or MSRP as of yet. Development is time consuming and extensive
as each vehicle and kit goes through multiple road tests to determine the
best performance and comfort. Please occasionally check back on our website
in the near future for the most up to date information. Thank you for your

I'm testing the T1R's B-Max from AJ-Racing this coming week and will have full write up hopefully...

 

Our adjustable coilover suspension is currently in development. We are still in the testing phases for this suspension, and it may take some time before testing and production completes.

While many of us want products right now, a rushed product is never right for the vehicle.

We are currently pushing our engineers very hard to complete all products for the Fit-- they have been flying to and from Japan almost every month!
