This may be a stupid question but I'm curious if aftermarket springs designed for a GD will fit a GE. I'm finding lots of sites that state the springs fit 06+ Fits. Just wanted to double check on this and I wasn't able to find much using the search.

 

they will physically fit into the perches... but the spring rates are for the GD chasis. i remember seeing a couple GEs with GD oem springs... but not many...

usually when they put 06+ its really 07-08.. if u have a GE u need to look for those 09+

 

i just got megan racing springs for the gd and put them on my ge hahah it lowered it about 2.5 in. i love it!

 

^ how is the ride quality? bouncy? stiff?

 

it pretty stiff but i havent been in another lowered fit so i cant compair but i wish it did lower the rear of the car more...
