Need help with swaybar end links!

So, i lowered my car with Tanabe gf210 springs, on the left side i was able to fiish the job, but on the passenger side, when i finally installed the sway bar end link, wich was a real PITA btw, the nut got stuck halfway... now it's impossible to move, therefore, i will have to cut the bolt and install a brand new end link.. But i now have 4 options...
Either i buy a pair on ebay for 45$ wich is said to be OEM quality etc.
I buy only a right end link at honda parts now, college hill, etc. at 45$ each
I could make my own with heim joints etc. (this could be a good option, since i can make it shorter since OEMs are #$%@?! long ) only thing is that they're not sealed, so i don't expect them to last as long...
Or i could also buy powergrid adjustable endlinks... for 160$ a pair...

If i had the money i would go for the powergrids immediatly... but i just bought a set of springs and a RSB... so i've already spent a lot...

I would just like to hear your toughts...

Thanks!

buy oem and take your time installing them.

just jack up the car and then put a jack right under the brake rotor to compress the suspension so you can fit the endlink bolt through the front sway bar.

well i tried jacking from the suspension arm, but it raised everything at the same time... i ended up by using some kind of lever between the axle and the sway bar... the only thing i hate about the OEM is the crazy lenght... what about the ebay stuff? does it seem legit?

Can someone tell me if the Powergrids are easier to install (since they can be shorter) and offer better adjustements when aligning the car? I also don't want them to rust instantly if i'm going to lay down 160$ for a set...
I'm thinking of putting rubber caps on top of the rods... kind of like the ones they put on wire shelves...

installing endlinks when each side of the car is at differnet levels is SUPER difficult... they have to be level..

try using ramps so both sides are the same... and you can reach under it

lol... that might explain some stuff... but i don't really mind if it's not perfect tough... i will get an alignement after i fixed it... i think i'm just going to go with ebay links for now, and i'll replace both sides
i'll go with powergrids when i get coilovers...
on a sidenote, the look is amazing right now i took a pic of my car with a stock Fit and the drop is perfect! I will post some pictures on the GD thread soon...

well... that must be hella tight to work around... i tried jacking from the front on the rad support, but there was a plastic undercover, which i took off but then my wheels ate up my fenders... when i finally was able to jack the car from the front, it looked like the rad support was'nt strong enough... so i stopped... I find lame that Hondas don't lift better than that from the front...

I just received the links from ebay!!! It came in really fast, and the quality seems pretty good for what i paid... There's only one thing that's worrying me a little, the ball joints feel very stiff... i can't move them by hand, which was a lot easier with the ones on my car, unless there is some kind of break-in or maybe that just shows how worn they were... anyways, i can't wait to cure the rattle on my car, everytime i hear that rattle i feel ashamed for honda...

arghh... yesterday i tried putting my new links on... (100x easier when the car is on the ground btw) but it turns out the bolts are way too big, the nuts are 19mm instead of oem's 14mm... I told the seller about this and he's sending me the correct set monday, he gives great service btw he was really quick to respond, and the service is outstanding... if you need new end links, i can definitely vouch for autopropartner!!!
Can't wait to get the new ones though... I have so many things left to do on my car for this summer, i need to move on soon
