Vibrations after Lowering

Hey all-

Installed some T1R struts and some Swift springs today. The drop is nice, but I have a problem.

Even though I supported it, the driver side axle popped out. After some time, we were able to get it put back in.

However, now when I accelerate, I can feel a vibration. When it is not under load, it seems the vibration is much less or not even there. Also, the faster I go, the more it vibrates.

Is it possible for the CV joint to be in place, but not entirely in place? Could that be the cause of my problem?

Thanks for any answers!
