Skunk2 Pro-C adjustment question
I posted this in the group buy thread, but it is dead, so I am asking again.
tl;dr
Fronts: How do I know how tight to tighten the spring perch and locking ring? I believe I did snug by hand and one pull of the wrench maybe.
Rears: How do I know where to set the shock height? Can I damage the shock if it is set wrong?
So I'm a slacker and got mine installed this week. How do I know where to set the springs and shocks? I searched around but was not able to find anything.
I am assuming that the rear perch setting on the fronts and the spring perch setting on the back is for ride height. But once I get my ride height set, I'm not sure where to wind the springs on the front to or the shocks on the back to.
This is my first time with coilovers, if you couldn't tell....
Anyways, I believe my final settings were:
Front: 2.75" from bottom of coilover to bottom of perch, 3.5" from top spring perch to bottom of locking ring.
Rear: Spring perch is all the way down, did not remove any rings, modified the OEM rubber mat to fit. Shocks show .75" of threads.
I was surprised that there was nothing in the instructions about adjustments. I was using the JHPUSA guide and lowered the back more and raised the front some to fix rake. Still have about an inch of front rake, but I'm ok with that until I figure out what wheels I want.

I followed the skunk2 install video to know how much preload i should have for the front. I then played with the height by trail and error.
the rears, i just spun it all the way to the bottom and called it a day.
